Shipping in the US
Most US orders ship for $4.99. Styles from our overseas warehouse ship by weight, starting at $9.99. Any US order of $65 or more ships free, whatever is in it.

Delivery times
US delivery ranges are measured in business days and depend on the style's shipping origin:
- Most styles take 5 to 10 business days.
- Styles that ship from the USA take 2 to 5 business days.
- Overseas-warehouse styles take 8 to 25 business days.
Each product page shows where a style ships from. An order from two warehouses arrives in separate boxes, each with its own tracking number.
International shipping
International shipping is available to 28 countries, including Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe. Only overseas-warehouse items are available for international shipping.
International orders of $100 or more ship free. Below $100, shipping starts at $7.99 and varies by country and weight.
Delivery takes 8 to 25 business days. Import VAT or duties may be charged on arrival. For the EU, VAT plus a flat 3 euro duty may be charged. These arrival charges are separate from shipping, so free shipping does not remove possible import charges.
Returns
US clothing returns must be started within 7 days of delivery. A return must meet all of these conditions:
- The clothing is unworn.
- Tags remain attached.
- The item has its original packaging.
The customer pays return shipping, and the refund goes to the original payment method. The 7-day window is the deadline to start a return. It runs from delivery, rather than the day the order was placed. Full return terms are in the refund policy.
Final sale items
Jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale. Accessories and all international orders cannot be returned for a refund. The US clothing return window does not change these exclusions.
Damaged or wrong items
For a wrong, damaged, or defective item, send a photo within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Keep the item. This photo deadline is separate from the 7-day window for starting a US clothing return. It covers an item that arrived with one of these problems, rather than a change of mind about fit or style.
