Refund policy

The short version

US clothing: start a return within 7 days of delivery. Unworn, tags on, in the clear bag it came in.
Return shipping: you pay for it, with any carrier that gives you tracking. Original shipping isn't refunded.
Your refund: goes back to your original payment method within about 10 business days of your package reaching our warehouse.
Damaged or wrong item: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.

How to return US clothing

1. Start your return at support.peachsunday.com/returns with your order number and the email you ordered with. It takes about a minute. 2. Wait for our email. Within 1 business day we'll send your return number and the address to ship to. Please don't mail anything before then: packages without a return number can't be refunded. 3. Ship it within 7 days of that email. Write your return number on the outside of the package and keep your tracking number. USPS Ground Advantage is usually the cheapest option for clothing.

What we can take back

Items need to come back the way they arrived:

Unworn, unwashed and not perfumed, with every tag still attached
In the original clear bag with the SKU sticker

Try things on the way you would in a fitting room. If an item comes back worn, washed or without its tags, the warehouse can refuse it or take 20% off the refund.

What can't be returned

Jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits and intimates (final sale)
Accessories
Orders shipped outside the US
A few other styles. Their product page says "This style can't be sent back," so you'll know before you buy.

If one of these arrives damaged or wrong, the next section still applies.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

We're sorry when this happens. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund it or send a replacement, at no cost to you. Start at support.peachsunday.com/returns and choose "Arrived damaged or defective" or "Wrong item or size sent." You can keep the item. If we ever need it back, we'll pay for the shipping.
