What sizes do you carry?
Sizing runs from S to XL and by numeric size depending on the style. Check our size guide for exact US, UK, and EU conversions and how to measure yourself before you order.
How fast does shipping take?
US orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days after they ship. International orders take 5 to 10 business days. Shipping cost is $4.99 flat in the US, free at $65, and calculated at checkout by weight and address everywhere else.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
US clothing orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, has its tags on, and is in its original packaging. You cover return shipping and we refund you to your original payment method.
What about accessories or international orders?
Accessories and international orders aren't eligible for a standard return. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement. You keep the item.
Will I be charged extra fees on an international order?
Possibly. Some countries charge import VAT and customs duties on delivery, and those charges are set by your government, not by us. If you're shipping to the EU, expect VAT plus a flat €3 duty. This is separate from what you pay at our checkout.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
If your order has both clothing and accessories, they ship from two different warehouses and may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number. This doesn't cost extra.
Are jewelry, swimwear, and intimates returnable?
No. Jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale, even on US clothing orders that would otherwise qualify for a return.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to 26 countries including Canada, Mexico, the EU, the UK, and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
