Welcome to peachsunday.com, operated by Loud Unicorn LLC, an Arizona company, doing business as Peach Sunday ("PeachSunday," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to order from us. If you're ordering on behalf of someone else, you're confirming you have permission to use their payment and shipping information.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it's been placed. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when we send your shipping confirmation. Sale prices are valid only for the stated window and don't apply retroactively to orders placed before the sale started.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and exchanges

See our Return Policy for what qualifies for a return, refund, or replacement, and which categories are final sale.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes, spend-tier discounts, and welcome offers apply as described at checkout and can't be combined unless we say so. We can end or change a promotion at any time without notice, though we'll always honor a code already applied to a placed order.

Account and marketing communications

If you sign up for email or SMS marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time. Email and SMS are separate opt-ins; opting into one doesn't opt you into the other.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to PeachSunday or our licensors. You can't reuse it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your order, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
