US shipping is free on every order of $65 or more. Under $65, most styles ship for $4.99; overseas-warehouse styles ship by weight. International orders include overseas-warehouse styles only, start at $7.99 by weight, and ship free at $100.
US clothing orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery when unworn with tags attached; customers pay return postage. Jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates are final sale. Accessories and international orders can't be returned for a refund. If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, send a photo within 14 days and we'll refund or replace it; you keep the item.
