1. Create the return online

   Sign in to your ASOS account, open the order, and start a return within 28 days of delivery. If your order came in several packages, the 28 days count from the last one.

2. Pack the items with tags and seals on

3. Print or save your return code

   ASOS emails a QR code or a return label, depending on your location and the drop-off options near you.

4. Drop it at a carrier location

   Take the parcel to the carrier location shown in your email. ASOS aims to refund within 14 days of receiving it.

What ASOS is known for

ASOS is a very large online-only fashion store. It sells its own labels, including ASOS DESIGN, ASOS Curve, ASOS Petite, ASOS Tall and ASOS LUXE, next to a long list of other brands such as Free People, Mango, Oh Polly, Princess Polly, Nike and adidas. Returns and refunds

Guest-checkout returns have a $4.95 fee taken from the refund, and some qualifying orders return free. Logging in before you check out also unlocks the student discount. ASOS Brand Partner items return free, directly to the brand.

Final sale and hygiene items are the exception.
