Flash Shipping covers items marked with a lightning bolt that ship from local warehouses, with delivery within 4 days. The store banner says 2 to 4 business days. Some sizes and colors of marked items may not qualify, so check the product page.
Cider says it covers all applicable customs duties, and customers pay only the sales tax shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
You have up to 14 days from the day you receive all the items in an order to submit a return request, and the package must be mailed within 7 days of that request. If an order ships in several packages, the period begins on the date you receive the last one.
A restocking fee of $3.99 per parcel is deducted from the refund, and Cider provides a prepaid label. A second return on the same order ships at your cost. Cider does not offer exchanges. Place a new order and return the first. Items must be unworn with tags attached, and hygiene stickers on swimwear must be intact.
Refunds go to the original payment method 7 to 10 days after the package reaches the warehouse, and card refunds are sent to the bank within 5 business days of receipt. Products marked Final Sale, panties and accessories other than scarves cannot be returned.
