Express returns and exchanges
Express gives you 30 days from delivery, and refunds go back to your original payment. A receipt or order number is needed. Bringing the return to an Express store is free. Mailing it with the prepaid UPS label has $6.99 deducted.
Online exchanges work by returning the item and placing a new order for the size you want. Clearance items and items with a price ending in .97 are final sale. Holiday purchases made from November 15 to December 31, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027.
Paying and earning rewards at Express
Express accepts Klarna, the Express credit card and gift cards. Klarna lets you split a larger order, such as a suit or a coat, into smaller payments.
Express Insider is the free rewards program. Points turn into Express Cash: $5 for every 1,250 points, or every $125 spent.
