Paid upgrades are Ground at $10 (3 to 6 business days), Express at $25 (2 business days) and Next Day at $40 (1 business day). Expedited orders placed by 1 PM Pacific ship the same day.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return, and each shipment of a split order has its own window. Refunds go to the original payment, or you can take Instant Ref Credit. Mailed returns carry an $8 US fee per order.
Skip the fee by choosing Instant Ref Credit, exchanging, or returning in a Ref store. Exchanges are free in the continental US, one per item, for a different size or color of the same style. Lingerie, apothecary, hosiery, vintage, digital products and items marked Final Sale are final sale.
