Mail with a prepaid label ($7.95), a Happy Returns Return Bar ($4.95), or a Windsor store (free). Returns of 5 or more dresses go by mail.

Sizes run XXS to XL (US 00 to 15). The chart: XXS is US 00 / UK 4, XS is US 0 / UK 6, S is US 3 to 5 / UK 8, M is US 7 to 9 / UK 10, L is US 11 to 13 / UK 12, XL is US 15 / UK 14.

Shipping to the US
Economy shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and also free on orders of $40 or more that include a top or bottom. Under that, Economy is $5.95. Economy takes 3 to 6 business days and Standard ($9.95) takes 3 to 4, after 1 to 2 business days of processing.
Express is $23.95 for 2 business days. Overnight is $29.95, and orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday arrive in 1 day. Alaska and Hawaii ship Express, taking 6 to 11 days.
Returns and exchanges
Start returns within 14 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to post. Mail returns with a prepaid label cost $7.95, a Happy Returns Return Bar is $4.95, and Windsor stores are free. Fees come out of the refund.
Exchanges work by returning the item and placing a new order. Items listed Final Sale and anything discounted more than 30% are final sale, along with fashion tape, adhesive bras and panties, pasties, earrings, cosmetics, fragrance and lingerie.
